Great hotel! The manager, Chris, was personable and helpful. Awesome location with all the fast food nearby and just outside of GR. Rooms were beautiful and clean, and breakfast was delicious!
On a drive up to Boyne MI, we ran into some weather conditions that didn’t allow us to continue our drive. In a panic, we called this hotel and they were WONDERFUL! Affordable rate, clean and safe room and such an awesome staff who really helped us out. Thank you so much!!
Chris was ever so accommodating when asking for early check for wedding attendance. The hotel is very clean and Chris' upbeat attitude was also evident in the other staff members we encountered. Easy to find location right off the freeway and good options for breakfast.
Nice and convenient location for food and anything else. Great service. Shower was ok but not great softer water standard tub nothing special. Good breakfast selection. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Very clean, comfortable room and bed, actual room cleaning each day of stay, 24 hour coffee/tea/hot cocoa in lobby and available Keurig coffee machine for room on request, variety of tasty and well prepared food for breakfast and a super friendly and helpful staff to round it out! Highly recommend.
LOVED this hotel!! The staff was professional and friendly, the beds were comfy, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was spectacular (REAL bacon, FRESH ground and brewed coffee...) the pool was awesome and so was the view! Will definitely come back and tell others when I can!
Very great staff! Jessie was very professional and caring. 6 restaurants, coffee and a dispo all within walking distance. Definitely staying here again if my job is close.
Pretty nice. It was a convenient location to the places I needed to visit. The rooms are pretty modern and the wifi worked well. I had the breakfast one morning and I'd rate it above average for this level of hotel. I'll definitely stay here again.
